I've never had a bad experience before and I've always rated it with 5 stars on here. However, on this occasion I've not had a great experience. I had a bikini wax and I usually have Karolina, but I had a different person this time. The next day my legs were very blotchy, itchy and a bit swollen. Blotchyness is not something I usually suffer from after a wax (although there is usually some redness). However, it is now Wednesday and I am still waking up with my legs incredibly itchy. I emailed them about this on Monday morning asking if the product had changed and what advice they had to soothe my situation and I've not had a reply. Overall, really quite disappointing. I would have appreciated a response at least. I will be sure to only use Karolina in future.

I had a great experience at Willow Hair and Beauty. The staff was lovely and I really enjoyed my time there. I had a haircut and my stylist was very good - everyone complimented my hairstyle afterwords.
The facial was relaxing and my skin looked great afterwards without any redness or irritation.

About as pleasant as a waxing experience can be! Turned up and was seen quickly, the wax was done thoroughly and efficiently, and therapist made me as comfortable as possible. Such a great experience I will be going back.
