A mix up-with timings on the online booking system meant I had to wait 20 minutes after my original booked appointment time but the staff were very apologetic and I was offered refreshments while I waited.
The nail technician worked quickly and efficiently but she didn't paint the tips of my nails so within 4 days the shellac was already peeling, when it usually lasts at least 2 weeks for me at my usual salon.
I was happy to find somewhere that could fit me in at short notice in an area I don't normally work in. The price deal on Treatwell was a significant discount so I feel I got a good deal but I don't think it is somewhere I'd rush back to pay full price. It was all fine but not great.
