I was very happy with my hair up, but my treatment was given to me 40 minutes late and meant that I had to rearrange several afternoon meeting around it at the last minute.
I would have appreciated being told how late they were running before turning up at the studio. Given the location of the salon, I think they should appreciate that most of their clientele will be visiting them on a break from work, and therefore need treatments to be completed efficiently.
