Unfortunately Sacha Wright salon uses 'two booking systems' and double booked my appointment. They prioritised the client who had booked directly through their reception, even though I had pre-paid in full via Treatwell. I had tried to call ahead that morning to confirm my appointment but nobody picked up, so I hopped on the train from Harlington anyway. I've since spoken to a few people at work who have had similar experiences and one girl said after her blow dry she was in tears! I went to Clerkenwells Hair and Beauty nearby instead and loved it, so all worked out in the end.

My first time visiting this salon and I only have good things to say. The salon has a nice ambience, smells amazing and has very friendly, chatty staff. Perfect for a quick lunch time pop in as there was no waiting or faffing around.
