Super quick & really nicely done. Shame I didn’t catch the technician’s name but her work is awesome. Really pleased how she managed to get it so neat is such a short space of time.

A very thorough blow dry - Sacha took her time, and when it finished, it looked great. It also lasted, especially in the humidity and heat. What can be improved is the shampoo. The technician wasn't scrubbing the back of the head enough - and there was no massage when the conditioner was put in - even with the extra £10 conditioning treatment. Other places, do. Otherwise, would certainly recommend.
