The haircut itself was perfectly fine and as requested. I think a lot more care could be taken to make me as a new client (to that staff member) feel relaxed and in professional hands. My hair was washed cold, they cut my hair before asking my permission or even sitting me down, expecting me to just go with it - in my opinion a completely unprofessional and unorthodox approach. If you don’t mind a brash experience it’s cheap and gets the end effect.
