Nice, clean salon, friendly, relaxed staff. Good location just around the corner to Chancery Lane tube. My first lash tint and perm went well. Looking forward to seeing if they last. Friendly staff made sure I was comfortable when left in the room (3 times for 10 mins each time). Only negative would be that the process wasn't explained at the start so I wasn't sure what to expect, what my lashes were being stuck to exactly and any after care tips.

Had a new Spanish lady Sara. She was lovely, though very new to the salon (less than a week) so was slightly slower than my usual lady as she is clearly still getting into her stride in the new place, (only reason I knocked off a star) but was very keen to get everything just right for me. Still done and dusted within 30 mins and she is good at what she does.
As ever, this salon is great for a wax. They seem to have a knack of employing good beauticians and it’s very convenient and doable from High Holborn on a lunch break.
