Poor experience. Manicurist offered a more expensive service (without explaining the additional cost). When they asked me to pay at the end I smudged my nails (I book through Treatwell to avoid having to fumble for cards!). They didn’t have time to repair damage. Rebooked a later appointment which they moved at short notice. Poor experience with the owner who was dismissive and rude in person.
