I was greeted with a drink and very friendly member of staff.
They hair stylist has a diff approach of cutting before washing your hair which was my first time.
Although experience was great, I was not too keen on the smell of nail polish as soon as I walked in. There is a nail table right by the entrance, and the strong smell of nail polish was quite pungent throughout my haircut and burned my nostrils a bit.

My beautician was very lovely. The wax was painless and she was thorough. I really liked that they leave baby wipes to clean yourself up before and after your wax. Very good price for central London.
