Firstly the blow dry was excellent, it held really well and looked great when I eventually had it. However my issue with this salon was they had double booked me. My friend was the person they had double booked with, she had incorrectly booked on the wrong day and when she called the salon directly they initially they couldn’t do the same time as me however later changed their mind. When I arrived I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes which was fine, it later turned out I would have to wait an hour when I asked. I had to ask three times if I should come back. The staff were exceptionally rude and unhelpful one particular quote ‘I’m the designer I don’t deal with this’, I think his name was Manolo. They attempted to blame Treatwell despite the fact I knew the salon had directly caused the double booking. I came back an hour later however there was still no apology. The blow dry was great however I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, a complete shambles and rude staff.
