Great Mani pedi however they did both at the same time so I had to turn my body around uncomfortably while in the pedicure chair so that she could do my nails

very disappointed today. I've been to the salon a number of times, but today a new beautician took my appointment - she was unprepared (the wax was not even warm yet), she obviously then took ages to wax my under arms, and when it came to my upperlips she didn't manage to take it all off - claiming that she didn't know how to. I was in a hurry so paid and left as otherwise I would have taken this up with the management since it's something I've never experienced at this salon.
