very disappointed today. I've been to the salon a number of times, but today a new beautician took my appointment - she was unprepared (the wax was not even warm yet), she obviously then took ages to wax my under arms, and when it came to my upperlips she didn't manage to take it all off - claiming that she didn't know how to. I was in a hurry so paid and left as otherwise I would have taken this up with the management since it's something I've never experienced at this salon.
