I was extremely disappointed with the service. I booked in for an express pedicure and they only cleaned my cuticles and painted my nails, no scrub at all. I mentioned this to the lady and she said express only covers nails and paint, she said if I want to do scrub I'd have to pay more which I was happy to do and I said I don't have cash only card and she said you can get cash out then after that she said she can't do it because she has a customer coming in - why would you say go and get cash?! A pedicure to me is a scrub, I then went to another nail place who did my feet amazingly so I think this was a blessing in disguise, I asked her what a pedicure is an she said first and foremost it's a scrub - so I'm not going mad then! Anyway be careful if you book express, in the description it doesn't outline that this does not include a scrub, the wording is the same for express, classic and luxury apart from moisturising your feet - again, no mention of a scrub! Anyway I won't be back here again for sure, I gave them two chances and they failed miserably, not even apologetic or try to think of a decent alternative. The first time I booked for 5.50pm and had to wait around, I turned up and they booked me in at 5.15pm, I did say over the phone five zero and they confirmed and again no good explanation, they didn't even try to squeeze me in so I had to find somewhere else. A lesson learnt for sure - never again, there's a perfectly good one around the corner.
Just would like to highlight the treatment guide mentioned on Treatwell website:
