Good venue, close to the office, clean. But wax took too long (one hour for a leg wax). Came home and realised some patches of hair were missed.

Gel application on hands was thick and lumpy, especially near the cuticle. Apart from that, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and fast. The choice of colours was great and the chairs lovely and comfortable. Would use again
