Was kept waiting 20 minutes before my appointment. Technician was moody which made things uncomfortable. Manicure was fine - not the best I’ve had.

Manicure was fine but they have diluted the gel nail polish to a point that it was actually patchy on my nails. However, did last for 3 weeks.
