Honestly I’m so disappointed in my pedi and I’m really sad to say it as I’ve been to Luxx a few times now and not had a problem. But firstly my pedicure actually hurt, too much skin and nail was cut to the point where I though I was bleeding. I’m now worried about getting ingrown toenails. Also the gel is actually so messy, it’s on my skin around my nails and also in what’s left of my cuticles, which (being gel) I can’t tidy up myself. Paid £45 for a treatment that is meant to be a treat and a nice experience, and honestly feel like I’ve wasted my money here. Such a shame.
