Did manicure and shellac. Manicure: could have been better. Cuticles cleans, but did not look professional, and was not very neat. Shellac, applied after, was touching some cuticles, was not very neat and not very straight. The manager tried to help out and was very much trying to do his best to make sure I get what I wanted. Overall I think customer service is very good, quality of treatment is slightly above average. I will however try again.
