I come here all the time so know what to expect - it’s in a busy area so always a bit manic after work, But i usually get a good finish that’s good value for money. However, today was another level, my manicurist was so harsh she cut my thumb and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. The finish isn’t great, some nails have gaps round the edge that were missed, and I now have a painful cut on my thumb.
Such a shame because I usually come away happy with my nails here! Not sure if I will return now.

The acrylics look good but they aren’t PERFECT. I would definitely go back but if you’re particular about your nails just advise exactly how you like it
