It’s been a whilst since I’ve been happy with my nail treatment but Luxx listen to want you want and make sure you are happy with your nails before you pay and leave. Staff are all really nice and make you feel welcome. I’m sticking with Luxx for all my treatments now. Very happy!

Seemed they overbooked- too many clients for the same time. Should have taken 40 min was there for over an hour. Person doing my nails kept checking their phone and having to book appointment which caused delays. Felt rushed the entire time
