Usually really impressed... except I got my nails done here two days ago and one of them has broken already, I went in to ask them to fix it and there was no apology or no manners at all - “come back at 3:30” was all I got. After being a repeat customer here for the last few months I’m really unimpressed with this actually... will await the service I receive today when I leave my job to get a nail that should’ve lasted a lot longer than this fixed at 3:30 this afternoon....

As always Luxx nails is the best nail bar in the Chancery Lane/Holborn area. They're always punctual, efficient and quick - wouldn't go anywhere else
