I come here all of the time and have always been happy except for today when a new member of staff did my nails. She filed my nails wonky and when I politely asked for them to be all the same shape she sighed as if I was imagining it!! She also painted them quite thick in places so the shellac is uneven and wonky from the side. I will come back as all of the other staff I have seen have done a great job and been super friendly, but I won’t choose the same person who did them today.
