I used to love this place, but my recent visit to get sns dip has completely put me off from returning. My nails were being rushed because it was an evening appointment, the nail technician did not ask me whether I was happy with the nail shape, nor did he listen when I attempted to explain the shape of nail I wanted. I was also told off later when I asked him to correct the nail shape (???). To rush me out of the salon, I had two people working on my hands, which meant that the shape of the nails on each hand looked completely different. Overall, there was very little attention or care that went into the treatment. Usually my nails last about 3 weeks, but these started lifting 1 week in. Not happy!
PS - I would still recommend this place for acrylic nails and gel (the results have always been good) but I will be looking elsewhere for sns dip.
