First time customer at LUXX, it was quiet at the time I went, so all the staff were very friendly and had time to talk. Tony didn't do my nails, it was actually a woman called Daisy, who was very friendly and chatty. I had a wrist injury, so the staff were extra careful in being gentle, which I really appreciated. All round good vibes from this place, and I will definitely be coming back :)
