Nail technician too aggressive with my cuticle and it started bleeding. I found her too rough and in a rush and was stressing out for most of the experience. Worst but was she seemed to think this was normal behaviour. When I stated several times that I have sensitive skin and to please be careful when buffing and polishing she waved my concerns aside and that made me increasingly unhappy. Great price but I wouldn't risk it and go back again.

It doesn’t say on treatwell but they don’t scrub your feet or take any of the dead skin off on an express pedicure. This isn’t mentioned in the description. Usually good for manicures/ hands but won’t come again for pedicure as there’s no point

Have only amazing things to say about this place. I even ripped my real nail off in a door and they fixed it with care, all nails match and are stunning. Every person who has done my nails is equally as kind, gentle and talented. Super friendly bunch of professionals :)
