Very nice therapist and fantastic brow shape.
I didn't really like that they have TV's on in the therapy room. I prefer relaxing music and either a chat or to drift off. It felt a bit like sensory overload.
There was a mix - up: I thought I had been before and would be ok to have my brows tinted. I hadn't. If someone had flagged this before, I would have happily come in for a patch test. I paid therefore for a service I didn't fully receive but have given 4 stars because of the therapist.
