So this was my first time getting a Brazilian wax (or any form of waxing) and I was terrified. The first thing Justina did was reassure me, explained the first steps and calmed my anxieties (for me, most of the battle leading up haha). Her vibrant personality was soothing and quick technique eased the pain (hotwax v nice) - and I’m now officially a convert! Personally for me, pain was 3/10 throughout most of it. Thanks Justina xx
