The second or third time I’ve been here now. Staff are always very pleasant polite and thorough. Relaxing atmosphere where you can just lay back and watch ‘Friends’ on the TV in the treatment rooms :)

Eyebrow wax shape was good. But the wax seem to later have burnt my skin. Went into speak to the reception regarding it and they didn’t really seem to care. Shame as all my other appointments had been good.
