Easy to find the salon, lovely staff to welcome and clean room for treatment. I was a bit nervous for my wax and would have been grateful for a bit of an idea of what would happen or how the treatment would go but Emily just got stuck right in straight away - I can see that this might have been a tactic to try and not let me think about what would happen. There was a TV on in the room which was a welcome distraction and the whole Hollywood wax was done in 20 minutes. It did hurt, but that was to be expected for my first wax. During and after the treatment Emily was super friendly and gave me some great advice. If I were to get waxed again, I would happily revisit!
