The lady did a really good job very clean and thorough but I told her twice I wanted a Brazilian and still left with a Hollywood. I think perhaps it was a long day and she just forgot. It isn't the end of the world just not what I asked for. She also got some wax on my leg and jumper, although she did clean my jumper so that was good.
