Therapist was great, put me at ease straight away esp as am Brazilian waxing virgin. Great touch having TV in the room. Everything very professional and reasonable too.

Was a bit disappointed as I’m not sure I get the ‘luxury’ bit. Reception was v dull, receptionist was almost not interested. The set up was dull and basic, the place looked a bit dated and no towels etc but paper to cover up. The therapist was lovely, friendly and the waxing was quick and painless however quite a few patches of hair were left on. I was a bit surprised that I was not asked to check to see if I was satisfied with the results. Overall, I’m not sure what’s driven the 4.9 rating :(
