I arrived at the salon 10 minutes early, only to find the door locked. I waited at the door, then a therapist pushed past me and opened the door, didn’t say a word to me and then walked off once inside - no acknowledgement that I was even there. I sat in the waiting area and then at my appointment time stood up and looked for a receptionist - I said I had an appointment and had just been completely ignored by a therapist. She said “that’s because we don’t open for another 10 minutes”. Appalling.
