This was my first time booking, literally made the booking an hour before my appointment. All the staff were very nice, especially Charlotte who did my wax. Very friendly and open, talking to me throughout the appointment. They even had a television in the room so we were watching Friends throughout my treatment. It was just overall an awesome first experience, definitely rate this wax bar 10/10.
