Lots of waxing left on my skin, a few bruises and skin was burn a bit. Tried to solve issue with the salon I was told after waxing this is normal and wax easy to remove with water. Therapist didn’t stretch skin at all. Even I provided pictures I was told only one of them was from them. I always believe customers are priority never felt so offended.Not Covid secure . No mask under therapist shield as it is new government requirement. Offered free wax but not safe.

The worst customer service and treatment and not Covid safe. The beautician wasn’t wearing mask under the shield even the new updated government guidance is must now. Putting vulnerable people like me in danger. Left me with a lot of bruises, burn skin and lots wax. Tried to resolve the issue with the salon and send pictures. I was told that wax is easy to remove with water and only one of the bruises caused by them. No trust in customers feel very offended. Offered complimentary wax not safe.
