The service at Luxury Wax Bar was very good — professional and friendly. However, this is the second time I’ve experienced an issue when booking through Treatwell. My appointment time was charged by the bar due to a double booking. As I understand it, Treatwell’s system doesn’t always sync accurately with the Luxury Wax Bar’s own availability.
It would be great if the booking systems could be better aligned to avoid confusion in the future. Other than that, I was happy with the service provided
