Adriana was uninterested and rude. Clearly I had misunderstood what was/was not included, from the treatwell website (that the back was not included) which was going to cost an extra £10. Fine. I suggested the treatments be better explained on the website, but she did not even know or seem to care what is listed on the website. The receptionist was equally rude. It was the worst waxing experience I have ever had as far as customer service was considered. The wax was average.
