I had the best experience here! Delia was the best waxer I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! Will definitely be booking in with her again. The room was lovely, Friends was playing on TV to keep me distracted and Delia was a complete star. 11/10. Thank you!

The waxing experience was great and my wax lady was very nice. The waxing didn't hurt as much as normal so that's great. However, I have developed infections in my some of hair follicles - I have never had that from any of my other waxes. My aftercare was the same as any other wax. I had to go to the Dr to get antibiotic cream for them. Please could I have a refund? The infected follicles are very unsightly and painful and shouldn't happen at a professional salon. Must have not been sanitary.
