Unfortunately, the quality of service has been dropping during the last months. For strip waxing, the therapists use wax cartridges which are often practically empty so they scratch your skin when the therapist tries to apply wax. The service is now also more painful and less thorough unfortunately - I’ve had of hair left after my bikini appointment which was clearly missed.

Hi, the Emily was good, and I liked the studio too. The reason I gave such review is I’ve got bad bruises on bikini zone, and they give me a lot of inconvenience and pain too.
