Shannon the receptionist is great. Always welcoming. Nicolette, the owner really appreciates the custom. Very welcoming. My therapist, Emily is fantastic. Her waxing is perfect. Always chatty. The other employees need to work closely with these three ladies and learn some much needed manners and customer service. Nicolette, Shannon and Emily are really client focused. Heartily recommend you try this place. I guarantee you’ll love it.
