Andreea was so lovely, really friendly but also very knowledgeable about all-things waxing. She did a very thorough job, super quickly and with almost zero pain. She was very conscious of checking that the wax was still at a comfortable temperature and that I was okay throughout. I imagine she'd be a very comforting presence if you were nervous or had a low pain threshold. Luxury wax bar was immaculate as always.

The therapist just put wax on the whole area 3 times, ripped it off (meaning hairs weren’t pulled properly from the roots and instead were broken), and somehow managed to leave hair around the edges without bothering to check. Essentially- it was a half, very badly done job and I regret not going elsewhere. All this was whilst she watched Friends in the background, which was supposedly left on to minimise pain for me but was actually more for her entertainment.

Adriana explained everything before starting - what areas were we doing, whether we should be doing hot wax or strips in certain places, and during the appointment she asked multiple times how I was feeling. It was all painless and quick, not even a bit sore or red afterwards :) highly recommended!
