Unfortunately my experience at luxury wax bar wasn’t so great this time. Adrianna was extremely rude and created a horrible atmosphere. I mentioned that the wax was too hot at one point and she didn’t care and my skin has actually burned and is peeling in that area. I was very surprised about her attitude considering all of the positive reviews, overall was a horrible experience and would make me reconsider coming back to luxury wax bar at all.

They fitted me in last minute after a change in circumstances - unbelievable service and to top things off as per usual an all round great wax. Thank you so so much again, so appreciated! :))) do not go anywhere else in London for a wax! Xxx

The girls here are great friendly efficient.
Always happy when I attend to have Hollywood waxing . Procedure painless. Best products used Brazilian hot wax. I live locally. So very convenient.
