Janequa was very rude, although I was late and apologized for that, we still had 20 minutes but she kept saying that there is no time instead of starting the work or canceling the visit. She was constantly complaining, raising her voice to me and rushing. She ended up making a pretty big and visible bruise due to rushing, it still stays 2 days later. If the service can't be offered in needs to be refused to be offered instead of hurting customers. She never apologized, kept raising hevoice at me
