Catalina super nice and very efficient, the waxing was quick and almost didn’t hurt although I am very sensitive. The lady at reception was also very nice. Will definitely come back and 100% recommend.

I don't know if it was an off day for them, but was left really disappointed after this appointment. The actual treatment showed great results but unfortunately I found the staff doing the treatment quite rude and unwelcoming, which did not put me at ease.
