My appointment was the definition if service without a smile. The esthetician didn’t introduce herself or even bother to make small talk for the entire service. For such an intimate experience, it was quite unnerving and made the service uncomfortable. I will not be rebooking with her. The salon itself had a very string perfume smell that made my eyes burn. I wouldn’t call it a “luxury” wax. I dont recommend.
