I’ve been here for waxing a few times but I couldn’t believe how poor the service was this time.
Adriana created a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere, she had a rude and unprofessional attitude. I have never seen this in London. I winced so much from the hot wax and she didn’t bother to check if it’s too hot or if I’m doing okay. She seemed pissed off the entire duration of the appointment and the air felt stuffy from her angry mood.
My skin burned quite badly and I have never left a waxing salon unable to walk for the entire day..
I’m very upset as I had really pleasant experiences with Izabel as she was professional, approachable, and polite.
Not coming back again as this has ruined the experience.

Oana was amazing!! It was my first time getting a Brazilian and I was quite anxious. But she made me really comfortable & the whole process was wayyyy less painful than I thought it would be!
