Izabel was great and very personable! I came to the salon after nearly two years because of hybrid working and the pandemic. However, everything about the salon and the therapists' work was just as amazing - their standards didn't slip at all. Thanks to Izabel's efficient and clean way of working (took only 15 mins), I decided to pay for the annual membership and look forward to making Luxury Wax Bar my regular salon.
