I am a regular and always have such a good experience. The women working there are so lovely and professional and the usual receptionist (I think Shannon) is so sweet. However, the other receptionist is incredibly rude and really lets down the whole team who obviously are so hardworking and go to great lengths to make you feel comfortable.
