It was my first Brazilian wax, so I was very worried and I didn’t know what to expect. As soon as I met Nicoletta I felt at ease and I knew I was in the right place.
They are very professional. My beautician was understanding and she explained step by step what she was doing, if I should expect pain and how to relax through the procedure.
