My beauty therapist was lovely but unfortunately I had to wait 10 minutes to be seen which was a bit of a pain as I had to dash to a meeting, but my beauty therapist was very apologetic and did a very speedy job to make up for it and it was great painless wax.

It’s been a struggle to find somewhere that does a good was in London (strange I know) and now I finally have! So good, pain-free, lovely staff. Couldn’t have been better!

The staff here are wonderful, incredibly thorough, great advice and extremely friendly, plus with Netflix on the tv screen in the treatment rooms (or you can have this off if you prefer) there is a distraction! Excellent service, only place I’ll now go
