I do not think that the quality of my wax was of the standard I would typically expect. I was left with numerous hairs outstanding - I did not feel as though there was a high standard of care or conscientiousness. The therapist was very lovely and chatty and made me feel at ease, but I wish more time had been spent to ensure that the final product was to standard.
