The first time I went to this place I was with a therapist name Adela and she was excellent. This time the therapist wasn’t great. She had difficulty removing the hair and attempted about 3 times each time to strip the wax - very painful. She then said the hair was long and I asked repeatedly if I can trim it which she ignored. Finally she said she will do it herself. There was too many bits of hair left behind, I didn’t get a chance to ask her to check because she just walked out immediately.
